Lorentz automotive did an excellent job doing a pre-purchase inspection for me. They were very accommodating and fitted me in at the last minute and did a quick inspection. Vince took it on himself to do the inspection on an urgent basis. Because of his review, I returned the car and purchased a different car- a new car. This was a 3-day/150 mile return policy, so it was very, very time-sensitive. Thanks to Lorentz, I avoided a big mistake. I also enjoy Frank's wry sense of humor. (I used to have my old BMW serviced by them till it became not really worth the cost of repair vs. the value of the car.)

They completed warranty maintenance on our Outlander and did a fantastic job. We split it up into two appointments to fit our budget. I was just in today with my Camry because the under-carriage was hanging down. They put in a couple of clips and sent me on down the road. I was expecting a big bill and these honest men charged me nothing. This is my garage! We live over in Flower Mound but it's definitely worth the ride over there. Excellent waiting room and it looks like they have courtesy vehicles too. I now know why they are this highly rated! JR

Frank Kaisler at Lorentz recently helped me with a variety of problems I was having with my 2012 Jeep. It seemed those issues had to do with a number of past Jeep recalls, and he spoke with the local Jeep dealer to help me get them serviced/corrected.
