One word: Incredible! Lorentz Automotive repaired my car well, provided excellent customer service, and are genuinely, downright-friendly people. It's hard to find a trustworthy automotive repair place - at an affordable price. So, I rejoice that I finally found one! I highly recommend this place; they have earned my business for the long term.

I have used Lorentz for all my repairs whenever the warranty is up on my cars. I trust what they tell me is wrong and have even had one of the mechanics show me how to fix something instead of them doing it, saving me money.

I have lived in the Lewisville area for quite some time. Driven by Lorentz Automotive many times. I had an AC issue in my '04 F150, I googled AC repair and found Lorentz Automotive to have excellent reviews. I called and spoke with Joe for an appointment. Glad I did, I found Joe and Shane to be very professional, and got my AC (turned out to be an electrical issue) repaired. So I decided to have them do a tune up on my truck, which needed to have spark plugs replaced due to having 117,000 miles. FORD spark plug design for the '04 was terrible resulting in 6 of 8 plugs breaking (which is normal for that design of plug). In short I was very pleased with everyone at Lorentz Automotive, and YES I certainly recommend for service and repair of any vehicle.....

Called the day before to make an appointment to have my front end aligned. Talked to Shane and told him I’d be there at 7:30 the next morning. I was there, Shane said one hour and at 8:30 it was done. Very friendly folks and great service.

We have taken a couple of pre-owned cars that we have purchased to Lorentz Automotive for a thorough inspection. We have not had any issues with the cars they inspected, and we trust the people at this shop. The fee they charge for this service is reasonable too! Definitely worth the money to make sure that you are making the right decision on a big investment such as buying a pre-owned vehicle!

The shop was very helpful and informative. The car seems to being running great and all issues were addressed. Great team, great communicators.
