Lewisville Auto Repair

I’ve been using Lorentz Automotive for my Nissan’s SUV and wife’s Nissan’s Sentra for two years now. From the first day the customer service has been excellent starting from the Lady owner down thru all the employees. The auto repair service has been excellent. My only concern is the cost for parts and labor. I have problems paying the full price therefore I’m force to seek cheaper auto repair alternatives. I’m a Military Retiree and on Disability therefore my monthly income is fixed and sometime the total cost is beyond what my budget can afford.

Wow! Great experience. After trying to make connections with other people, I made one call, scheduled an appointment, sat in a nice waiting room, and hit it done in 90 minutes instead of two days.

This place offers great service for reasonable prices. When my truck broke down in my neighborhood and I called them, they sent a guy who fixed it in my driveway, instead of calling a tow truck. If that’s not great service I don’t know what is.

Lorentz is a great shop. They are honest with pricing and do not oversell. Top-Notch customer service.

I had a heater core replacement done at Lorentz Automotive. The service was quick, efficient, and met all of my expectations. The staff was very helpful and informative. They even arranged a ride home for me when I dropped the vehicle off with them. Basically, an experienced automotive care team that operates with honesty, integrity, and kindness.

Customer Service was Awesome!!!!!! The guys were very knowledgeable as well.
