I have been taking my car to Lorentz Auto in Lewisville since I moved here in March, 2015 and wouldn't even think of taking it anywhere else. They have my trust and loyalty. They are honest, easy to work with and friendly. They are all the best!

I'm still having the loud vibration when in gear and stopped. It is maybe a little better than before, but still there.

I always took my vehicle to a family owned business for over 20 years. After moving back to Texas, I looked for someone who might possibly provide the same quality service at a fair price. I found Lorentz Automotive nearby after scanning the internet and reading reviews. I took my vehicle in last week and was impressed with the friendly manor, spotless reception area, waiting room and shop areas. The work that was done was top notch and I feel comfortable in bringing my vehicles back again. I highly recommend Lorentz Automotive!

Went in for a safety inspection on a 1991. They said the horn didn't work and it would cost 59 to find out why. I said ok, lifted the lid and found no horn. Said it would be 244 to replace. Then after I made a call he came down. Felt like a used car negotiation. I paid the 59 to get my keys and left. Just moved here, needed a mechanic. Found a google recommended one nearby that was $150 less and also got an oil change!

Stay far far away from Lorentz Automotive/Lewisville Muffler. I called asked for an appointment to replace the Catalytic Converter on my Jeep Cherokee Sport 2001, 2 WD. Ballpark they quoted me $400-$600. Dropped my car off when I picked it up the bill was $996, and what they did instead of replacing the Catalytic Converter like I requested. they cut it in half and only changed half of the Catalytic Converter, then said "oh you need to get the back part installed soon it's going out.". They cut the Catalytic Converter in half only changed half if the Catalytic Converter now they are asking for $700 just for the missing half. I called Huffines Jeep and told them never to recommend Lorentz Automotive/Lewisville Muffler to anyone again. They are shocked that the Catalytic Converter got cut in half. Stay away bad business
