This is one of the best mechanics I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Joe has been amazing and incredibly helpful, and my car is always taking care of fully and quickly. If I have any issues, they have me come right back and make sure that there’s nothing else wrong with my car. They even sent a thank you note in the mail for working with them. I absolutely love this shop! It will be my go-to for as long as I’m in Lewisville

I’ve been using Lorentz Automotive for my Nissan’s SUV and wife’s Nissan’s Sentra for two years now. From the first day the customer service has been excellent starting from the Lady owner down thru all the employees. The auto repair service has been excellent. My only concern is the cost for parts and labor. I have problems paying the full price therefore I’m force to seek cheaper auto repair alternatives. I’m a Military Retiree and on Disability therefore my monthly income is fixed and sometime the total cost is beyond what my budget can afford.

Wow! Great experience. After trying to make connections with other people, I made one call, scheduled an appointment, sat in a nice waiting room, and hit it done in 90 minutes instead of two days.
