I just moved into town and was told by my previous shop in California that I was in need of new brakes. Frank explained that was not the case, but that I did need a brake flush. They were very kind and gave me a ride to and from the shop. I will use them in the future. Thank you!

Family owned business! Great customer service. This is the second time I have used Lorentz Automotive. Both times they have been able to get my vehicle in for service quickly. They always are able to identify the issue and provide fast, quality repairs. They don’t try to upsell you on additional work. Frank was great to work with. Friendly, pleasant and very responsive. Lorentz Automotive staff was fantastic!! Had issue w/ my 2017 Chevy truck and went to multiple places no feedback until I came here. The staff were extremely helpful with info/scheduling and communication was great! I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Lewisville/Colony area
