Lorentz Automotive and Staff are absolutely THE BEST, especially Frank! Well worth the trip from Southlake to have Lorentz fix our truck. We are new customers for Lorentz and we will not go anywhere else. We purchased a pre-owned truck that had an aftermarket lift kit. The kit was poorly installed and caused significant damage. Frank and team did an awesome job repairing these problems and were fair with their pricing. Frank also reached out to us about two unrelated issues with the truck that we were unaware of and to care of them. I wish we knew of Lorentz before we bought this truck from the dealership, in the future, Lorentz will inspect any pre-owned vehicle we want to purchase.
