The repairs on my car were excellent. I had gone to another car dealer that has a service center and they quoted me an outrageous cost to simply put in new headlamps because the ones I had were burned out. Lorentz was very professional and frientdly. The service tech took time to explain what would be done and the cost was significantly lower than what I had been quoted by the other service center. The owner greeted me and showed care and concern that I felt comfortable in the pleasant cozy waiting room. They were excellent. I will only use them for all my repairs.
