A fantastic experience with friendly, professional people who explained the work needed well to me and my son, and had a courtesy ride home. A plus just for the ride home! I chose Lorentz because of their high internet ratings, and for a direct referral for one of their competitors in Old Lewisville. I recommend them highly!

I have heard nothing but good thing about Lorentz automotive and decided to take one of my Jeeps there. Great service, They called with an estimate and had it fixed the same day. Dropped off another jeep when I picked that one up and they completed the repairs on time. I am on a roll. all in all I have had 3 trips for repair in as many days and will be going there for any other needed repairs. They explained the issues, gave me an estimate called when they had a question. I can't ask for more than that. An honest affordable automotive service centers with great technicians are like unicorns. Keep up the great work.

I could not have been more pleased with the Lorentz repairs to motor mounts on my truck. Other shops quoted replacement for both mounts. Lorentz found that only one mounted had to be replaced. The cost savings was by a factor of three.
