Was a little disappointed with this visit. Car wouldn’t start so I took it in. Turned out it needed new spark plugs. Got charged $100 for a diagnostic on it then $80 to change the plugs. Was also upset I wasn’t notified before the diagnostic was run and was just told I owed $100 without my approval. I know people have bills to pay and families to support but $180 to change spark plugs seems a little over priced. I’ve taken all my vehicles here for years because I know quality work will be done. Feel like I was taken advantage of on this visit, and I usually come to Lorentz to avoid that feeling.

A fantastic experience with friendly, professional people who explained the work needed well to me and my son, and had a courtesy ride home. A plus just for the ride home! I chose Lorentz because of their high internet ratings, and for a direct referral for one of their competitors in Old Lewisville. I recommend them highly!
