Excellent customer service!!

Loved their honesty and integrity. I went in thinking they would replace both of my mufflers at a cost of $700 to $1000, which I had already been quoted from other shops. Their service rep told me both of my mufflers did not need replacing and the only problem was a minor weld to the pipe of both mufflers, only costing $142.71 (includes tax), now that's a savings! I will be back for further service in the future.

In early July we took our 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for a new clutch. Lorentz provided me a firm delivery time and very competitive repair cost to repair and replace the clutch. Jeep was completed on time and it drove great for a few days. Shortly after the our jeep was returned we took it with us on a vacation to CO and that is where we noticed a funny sound coming from the clutch. When we returned from our vacation I took the jeep back to Lorentz for them to diagnose the sound. Lorentz took our jeep back with no excuses and immediately began to diagnose the problem. Within a day they called me to let me know that they would have to remove the transmission to really find out what the problem was. The end result was a bad through-out bearing from the manufacturer, which was not the fault of Lorentz. However they took total responsibly of repair of our jeep at no charge to us and also replaced the clutch fork while having the transmission out because they heard that part may fail 30% of the time. Again no cost to us. Jeep now drives the best it has since new and we are totally impressed with the service at Lorentz.

Went in for annual auto inspection. Unlike Valvoline on 407, they did NOT look for everything possible to upsell me on. Lorenz got the inspection done quickly and professionally - use them for your next inspection!
