This is the second time I have dropped off my truck with this garage for repairs. Right from the start they are very professional, friendly and helpful. It is very refreshing to work with them as they actually care what's best for you and your vehicle. The quality of work is great and very reasonably priced. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them.

Came to get a state inspection because we bought a car. It was quite clear the employees didn't want to help us. They seemed very unhappy to have to get out of their chair and do it. Not only that, but they didn't pass it for reasons that weren't true, such as the running tail lights were out - we checked them and they were working just fine. Got our state inspection elsewhere no issues. Quite rude.

I used Lorentz Automotive for the first time, to service my vehicle on 2/22-2024. Mr. Kaisler and his office team were wonderful to work with. Very friendly and professional. The office was spotless clean, and the waiting area was stocked with snacks, drinks and was very comfortable for my wait. My car was done in no time, and I was charged the price I had been estimated. I will most defiantly come back.
