I was overwhelmed at the service I received at Lorentz. With so many mechanic shops in the area, their customer service blows the competition out of the water. They treated me like I had known them for years (I was even given a ride back to work by the owner). They were careful to communicate everything to me that needed to be done and how much it would cost and their prices beat what I was quoted at other shops. As long as I am in Lewisville, they will have my service!

Kelly helped resolve an issue that reoccurred with my car and provided additional advise without charging for that. Not many places would do that for their customers. Especially not the dealership. I have taken my car to him for a few years now and would recommend them to anyone with a German automobile.

The job on my car was awesome and crucial to my safety. Lorentz takes care of the problem, they are professional and truthful. My car is fixed and you can really tell the difference. Great work I will recommend them to anyone that needs people that know what they are doing.
