Lorentz Automotive is truly one of a kind. When it comes to Service, Professionalism, Timely Response and doing it Correct the first time, they are second to none. I have been a Customer since 1996 and during that time I have had several type of automobiles, from Luxury to Custom/Hot Rods. Each and everyone has been Serviced by Lorentz, I have referred many of my Friends and Co-Workers to the Problem Solvers. The techs take great pride in their work, which is hard to find now a days. The exhaust repair was done very quickly and professionally. I would rate it 5 stars but I had this custom exhaust installed at Lorentz in 2005 and I had to bring it back a year later because the leaf springs where hitting the exhaust. After the adjustment it still had the same issue and ultimately broke the right side off. This time however it was re-routed properly and is clear of the leaf springs. They have also in 2005 installed E-Fans and an underdrive pulley on the same vehicle and the work was excellent.

Went in for an oil change for a Mercedes ML350 and a general winter checkup. They were fast, professional and provided detailed information about the condition of the car. Thanks again.
