Had emergency repairs and towed my car there based entirely on a family member having a great experience with them for her beloved Audi. What a find! The Lorentz team made me feel confident in the best steps to take, saved me a lot of time, worry, money! Really felt like best friends helping me with my car trouble!

Finally an honest shop. Other shops had tried to sell me over $1000 of work. "nope", "don't need it" said Lorentz. I will be back and will recommend to all my friends.

It's really great when you find a mechanic/auto repair you can trust. They could've really put the spurs to me because we just had a vacuum line leak in the A/C. Instead, we got an honest estimate, a quick fix and a fully featured inspection as part of our service. Thanks to Frank and everyone at Lorentz!
