Charged over $100 for a simple headlight alignment on one of my vehicles. “Overdue” and “very dirty” comments that several other mechanics agree are working just fine. Don’t let them nickel and dime you.

I came to this business, because I saw how many reviews said that this company was honest and fair with diagnostic and pricing. I totally agree. I came here to get my car fixed after I had just left another auto shop who said that I needed so many things and I had a lot of things wrong with my car and the total was over 2000. I then came to this establishment and they told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle and gave me an honest and fair price and when I asked about the things that the other auto shop had told me was broken or need it fixed as soon as possible, they checked on it for me and let and let me know that it wasn’t actually broken! I’m so glad that this company was honest and did not try to take advantage of me, and my knowledge of knowing nothing about cars. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and they are very quick and affordable.

These guys are great! I took my car their for an issue they fixed and kept me updated regularly. For another issue they diagnosed for me others could not and Toyota dealership was going to charge me $800 to just diagnose. Lorentz was able to diagnose it for free and find the issue. Frank was my service provider and he did a great job. Kept me up to date on the repair and got it don't right.

Takes advantage of women. Never fixed our issue but gladly took our money for the same issue 3 times. We went elsewhere and it was fixed immediately. The new place apologized to us and fixed it for free since they knew we had been taken advantage of at Lorentz. They will try to gaslight in their reply knowing we can’t respond back. BEWARE, these men aren’t good men.
