I took my truck to Lorentz Automotive because I noticed a noise in the front of my truck when turning to the right. I spoke with Mike Hidalgo about it and he put it up on the rack to inspect it. My front right tire was all wobbly on the hub, and Mike told me that I would need a new front right hub and bearing assembly. Mike tried to get it fixed for me that day, but could not find any after market parts to do the job, So he ordered the part from Ford with a delivery time of three days. Mike gave me a ride back to my house, and then returned to pick me up once my vehicle had been repaired three days later. Mike stayed in touch with me throughout the process, and my overall experience with Lorentz Automotive was very satisfactory and pleasant. Mike Hidalgo provided excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend Mike and his team at Lorentz Automotive to anyone needing automotive repairs.

Mike Hidalgo and the team at Lorentz were very courteous and professional. Had to leave my truck with them for a few days for repairs, and they gave me a ride back to my house, and then came back and picked me up once it was ready. They fixed only what was needed to be fixed without any sales pitches about other things being wrong with my vehicle. Shop was organized and clean, and Mike was very friendly and professional. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.
