Had a nice experience here. Water pump bearing blew and tore up the pump. They replaced water pump and fluids. Got it towed in on a Thursday morning and got it back Friday afternoon. I do not leave many reviews but a good car repair review can be helpful. Thanks Lorentz. Job well done.

My husband and I have a 1988 mercedes that nobody will work on except for Lorentz. Good thing, too, because we won’t take it anywhere else. They have been so creative and have come up with the best solutions for our repair needs. They really work with us to tell us what work has to be done to fit our lifestyle. We always feel as though they are not trying to get us to do additional work that is not necessary for our purposes. We have loved their work with our mercedes so much that we started bringing our commuter cars to them as well. So much better service and pricing compared to the dealer. Frank is our guy and we hope he never leaves. Special shout-out to him for being such a great service advisor.
