Went to Lorentz to get a second opinion on location of oil leak. Was quoted $4020.70 from the first location with head gasket replacement. Upon taking it to Lorentz it was determined the actual leak was from the vacuum pump seal. Spoke with Frank who was honest from the first conversation and was able to get the leak fixed among some over due services for way less than the original quote from the first place. Serviced and was able to have my car back within a day. I will definitely be returning as a customer for any car services needed based on the great service I received. I definitely recommend Lorentz if you looking for a trustworthy and honest shop!

Excellent customer service. My car had a slight shake as I came to a stop, no lights turned on. They weren't able to locate any issue with my car. I appreciate their honesty and the time they took to run my car through a series of tests to make sure everything was working. I recommend this business.
