My air conditioner was making a loud sound like a window unit. They changed the filter and found twigs and nuts from a squirrel stuck in my fan motor. They vacuumed out the fan and cleaned everything. My trucks air conditioner is Running good as new! Same day service. Lorentz does great work and they are very knowledgeable. Since I moved to Lewisville I have taken my truck here.

They charged you a diagnostic fee + cost to repair which I think is ridiculous and rip off. shouldn't the diagnostic charges be waived if u get the repair done. Also, the number of more hours for repairs is more than norma

Yes sir we do charge a diagnostic fee. We get written approval with a signature upfront so there is no confusion. We have to pay our technicians for diagnosing the vehicle. there for we must charge for it. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with Lorentz automotive.
