No quotes over the phone. Response: standard quotes should be available for standard work. Should be able to get a quote for specific job: oil change, tune up, changing a specific part. Didnt ask for diagnosis as stated over phone. Asked price for industry standard of replacing a part.

As usual, they did a great job on fixing my wife's car.

Had my Ridgeline services. They were very profesional and thorough. It was a little more expensive than what I expected however well worth it since the job was done properly and the car is running a lot better after they fixed it.
