Complete service so I don't have to travel all around DFW to get my car worked on, friendly staff and were always very open with me on what my car needed. I wasn't treated like I didn't know anything, plus whatever I didn't know they were very kind to explain it to me in a way that never came across as them pressuring me to do more repairs than needed. Very fast service which worked for me since I work in a hospital, and the prices were very fair!! I have no complaints at all. Left my previous mechanic for Lorentz Automotive. Sorry, not sorry :) They worked in my 20 yo car with the same care as a new Tesla, and THAT I REALLY APPRECIATED! - Car: Honda Accord EX 2002 - Repairs made: Catalytic Converter (mine was stolen), Idle Air Control Valve Replacement and other misc.
