While moving my son from Minnesota to Plano my 2007 Impala broke a belt. Being from out of town, I called a friend who recommended Lorentz Automotive. I had my vehicle towed and they were able to look at it right away and provide me with an estimate and advice. They made a very unpleasant event much more manageable.
