Lost the power brakes in my car and also needed an inspection done for my tags. So I took my car into Lorentz , got good reviews on nextdoor. Shane quickly took my info and later called me to let me know I needed a new brake line. He quoted me what I thought was a fair price for fixing the brake line including having the inspection done. The work was done and I got my car back the same day. Excellent care and honest service.

I needed a vehicle inspection during our stay-at-home period. I checked in at the office, which was set up for contactless service. It took 10 minutes for the service! I barely had time to set down in the clean waiting room when I was told it was done. Great service, and attention to cleanliness and sanitation. I highly recommend this business for car service and repairs.

Shane and his team are amazing. It had been a little while since I had been in and they took really good care of me and my vehicle. Not to mention it's a great value for the professional service you receive.

After having my Ford Transit Van T250 sit 4 days at Sam Pack Ford of Lewisville (Tuesday morning appointment) for a check engine light only, I was told Friday afternoon that they had finally run the diagnostic check but were unsure of the problem. They would need to look at it again on Monday. I immediately picked it up and took it to Lorentz Saturday morning. They ran the diagnostic test immediately while I waited. They determined the problem and completed the work in 1 1/2 days! Problem resolved. I will always return to Lorentz and never again to Ford.
