I had a great experience at Lorentz Automotive. I have a 2004 truck that needed multiple repairs and services. I was not in a position to pay for everything that was suggested, so they were very helpful in prioritizing my repairs to address the biggest problems and keep my 20 year old vehicle on the road. I will be a returning customer.

Lorentz was great! Frank got to our van in a very timely manner, sent over a inspection and repair estimate quickly. We authorized the repairs on Monday and they completed the repairs on Tuesday. The price was fair and the service was fantastic! 5 STARS!!!

Always always excellent service. These guys know what they are doing and I never ever fear getting hooked in to paying for some service that i do NOT need. very friendly and I always get my car back quickly!

Scam! Don’t make the mistake of going to LORENTZ. It’s possible they may not find the problem (which they’ll charge for) but more importantly I would be concerned if they attempt to fix it.

My car had to be towed to the shop. Frank said it would be the next day before they could get to it. Which was fine. Later that day he called and informed me of the problem and the cost of the repair. The repair was completed in a timely manner. Frank and the others I talked with were informative, helpful, and polite. It was a pleasure to work with this professional company.

I just moved into town and was told by my previous shop in California that I was in need of new brakes. Frank explained that was not the case, but that I did need a brake flush. They were very kind and gave me a ride to and from the shop. I will use them in the future. Thank you!
