All the work I needed was all done. Its been almost three weeks and everything works great. Dropped the truck off at night before I went on vacation. They contacted me the next day. Let them know when I would return and I had to have my truck when I returned and all work was complete several days before I returned.

Absolutely phenomenal place. They were honest and up front with me about what my car needed. Unfortunately it ended up with me deciding to purchase a new one rather than try and fix my current one. I was very impressed with their transparency. Rather than try to fix what they could to make a quick buck they were truthful about what was wrong and what really should happen. Very satisfied and Ill be using them whenever I can.

The best of the best I have a 07 Crossfire that I only take to them because of Shane and Frank. Service work is amazing. Pricing is fair. They have never let me down. We also have a 2019 Mercedes GLC 300 that is only seen inside of Lorentz since warranty expired because of the awesome convenience and service once again thank you

Had a car towed in over the weekend and communicated with the shop the following Monday. They promptly diagnosed the problem and suggested it was a warranty issue and recommended I take the car to the dealer. Their diagnosis fee was reasonable and their assessment accurate. Very professional and helpful I would recommend the shop to others

Friendly, HONEST, and super knowledgable! I know they never cut corners and have the customers best interest in mind. I bring my vintage full sized jeep and my late model Toyota to them. Absolutely the best honest shop in town! Such a rare place.
