Very professional and honest shop. No shysters here. Straight talking, decent American workers, who do a great job. I went in for a consultation, on my Element, which was diagnosed with a failing transmission by a popular chain, charged $200 for a diagnosis. Lorentz examined the same issue, which took an hour to investigate, however I wasn’t charged a diagnostic fee as the problem was not straightforward to find. I was given proper, easy to comprehend explanations of the possible problems and the possible solutions. Great service and I would definitely recommend this shop. Talk to Shane - wonderful gentleman.
