This was my first experience with Lorentz and it was for my son's vehicle. I am out of state and Shane took good care of my son's car that we had to have towed. They were recommended by Pro Tow (I believe that is the right name). My son is happy with the work so I am happy. :-) Thank you Shane for your quick response and turn around. Much appreciated.

Very professional and honest shop. No shysters here. Straight talking, decent American workers, who do a great job. I went in for a consultation, on my Element, which was diagnosed with a failing transmission by a popular chain, charged $200 for a diagnosis. Lorentz examined the same issue, which took an hour to investigate, however I wasn’t charged a diagnostic fee as the problem was not straightforward to find. I was given proper, easy to comprehend explanations of the possible problems and the possible solutions. Great service and I would definitely recommend this shop. Talk to Shane - wonderful gentleman. A+++
