Shane was awesome. I called at 5:15 and he said to bring it up and he would take a look. Left it with them and the next day they had it ready and again were ok with us getting there close to 6, which is when they close. Helps out alot for those that work and cant always leave.

Lorentz as I know since an year back after I moved to Flower Mound, is a great place for service. I noticed their estimates are reasonable from what I can tell. They are friendly and recently I did a service to my Honda Odyssey and I can feel the difference instantly when I begin to drive the vehicle. I am sure they know the know how and of course if I have questions I will not hesitate to ask them. I would suggest Lorentz Automotive to anyone and I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
