Called the day before to make an appointment to have my front end aligned. Talked to Shane and told him I’d be there at 7:30 the next morning. I was there, Shane said one hour and at 8:30 it was done. Very friendly folks and great service.

We have taken a couple of pre-owned cars that we have purchased to Lorentz Automotive for a thorough inspection. We have not had any issues with the cars they inspected, and we trust the people at this shop. The fee they charge for this service is reasonable too! Definitely worth the money to make sure that you are making the right decision on a big investment such as buying a pre-owned vehicle!

After a not-so-great experience at the BMW dealership service center I decided to get a second opinion from Lorentz. This turned out to be the best decision I could have made! Joe and team thoroughly diagnosed my vehicle and provided photos of the engine to support their recommendation. I feel confident driving my car without fear of being broken down and stranded ... and for CONSIDERABLY less money than the dealership. Awesome customer service too!
